Sweet-ish, floral-fruity aroma, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, a touch of pomegranate, red berries. Taste is slightly dry, sweet-and-sour, floral-fruity, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, morello, some pomegranate, fruit acidic and minimally lactic tartness; lingering, tart finish. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Very nice composition with some serious shortcomings concerning appearance and, to a lesser extent, mouthfeel - nice.

Bottle at the flat in Gabrovo - picked up at Nosferatu. Pours clear pink with a short, foamy white head. Nice, straightforward beer, with modest acidity, tart berries, nips of hibiscus, raspberry, pomegranite. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean, lightly drying and quenching on the finish, with further berry tartness. Refreshing stuff.
