8 July 2020. Random Wednesday Tasting; cheers to Anke & Tim! Hazy red, unstable, frothy, pinkish head. Aroma of redcurrant, raspberry, unripe strawberry, lemon, sourdough, red jam. Taste has sour redcurrant, raspberry, unripe blood orange, sweet jam, a bit lemony, doughy malty feel. Tart, red fruity finish, low hoppiness, vague bitter blood orange in the back. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Tasty but could have been more pronounced.

Pretty cloudy pale carmine red beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: CO2, very fruity, lots of citrus, grapefruit, bit lemony, orange juice, decent, if a bit boring maybe? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, lemony, fruity, very zesty, bitter grapefruit. Aftertaste: citrus, sourish, bit lemony, bitter finish.

Rosée assez trouble, col épais moyen modéré rosé.
Arôme est frais houblonné - pointe acidulée, tropical rappelant la papaye avec une touche d'abricot en retrait. Agrumes arrive aussi sur le tout - in fine, l'orange sanguine perce plus au palais.
Palais est 'sour' plaisant tout en gardant une approche pâtissière.
Orange sanguine moyenne qui donne un caractère frais et fruité d'agrumes - fin en acidité. Hibiscus plutôt en retrait et, en tout cas, en retrait par rapport à l'orange sanguine. Petite fraîcheur menthe en retrait.
