Thank you Mathieu87 & PriorL + Yarric! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Epic beer Tasting 2016”. # 1629. Dark hazy amber orange with no head. Nose is big peach, low honey, sweetish fruit, sourness is low in the nose, faint glue notes. Faint medicinal note upfront, puckering sour acidic, peach, faint strawberry-like notes, basic lactic sourness, honey, oak, rather sour, sourness is lactic, finish carries low glue sourness, which mildly tastes it down for me,.. Touch lemon. Pretty good, rich fruit, acidity is a touch too glue-like for me but still pretty nice beer for, expected to be a bit more dazzled ‘though.

Well carbonated, pale copper beer. Lambic, horseblanket, haute cuisine caramel and a fruity touch. Sourish, lactic yet mild, faint red fruit and lemon, but very balanced, inviting. Lipsmacking acidity, sharp backthroat. S-U-P-E-R-B!
