Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew.

Sampled @ ZBF 2016. (Thank you for sharing RB people!) Very hazy citrus, little off-white head. Nose is raw oily with strange funk, milky, lemon, funky strange oak. Taste is raw funk, cow fodder, barnyard in a strange fashion, oily herbs, dank hobs, oily. Oily body with funky oak. The funk is a bit too strange here & doesn’t fully work here, not bad but felt a bit too wild & funky in a strange fashion for me, not sure if it was meant to come out this way.

23/IV/16 - on tap @ Zythos Bierfestival 2016 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2016-382) Thanks to the BE RB crew for sharing beers today!

Clear blond to orange beer, almost no head. Aroma: very soapy, artificial brett impression, funky, bit sourish, floral notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very soapy start, unpleasant bitterness, floral. Aftertaste: artificial brett, very soapy, bitter and dry. As mostly, the combination of sour and bitter doesn't really work for me.
