A nice and pleasant ale. Absolutely recommendable.
Cloudy golden color with a fine white head. Nice lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an ok carbonation. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Wheat, citric, herbal (coriander?), fruity, some spices and some yeast in the flavor.

Bottle. Pours translucent, dark golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is yeast, herbal notes, and some light liquorice,as well as a fairly decent amount of hops with pine and citrus peel bitterness. Creamy body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is quite bitter, with hoppy notes of pine and orange peel, some yeast, and wooden, herbal notes. Dark, bitter herbal notes in the finish. Not exactly your average wit.

Tap at Erzbierschof. This must be To Øl’s take on a Wit IPA. Flowery fruity hoppy aroma leading into an incredibly soft smooth silken mouth. There you’ll find flavours of tropical fruit, mango and passion fruit. Decent bitterness, smooth texture. Fruity palate, asking for more.

Flaske 330 delt med Rune og visionthing på Cafe Sånn 3 Mai 16. Lys aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum. Litt filigranser. Frisk fruktaroma. Smaken lett sitrus. Fortsatt frisk. Fint sommerøl.

330ml bottle shared with Finn and Visionthing at Cafe Sånn. A bubbly off-white head fading over a hazy orange coloured body. Clingy lacing. Wheat, ripe citrus and mild malty sweetness on the nose. Fresh fruity taste of grapefruit, lemon and peach offset by a touch of anise. Wheat fruity ending. Refreshing with splendid drinkability (Tromsø 03.05.2016).
