8 march 2018: Bottle, 2017. Color: Dark ruby, thin beige head. Taste: Over medium sweet, notes of caramel, sugar. Hints of nuts and raisins. Weak barrel aging. Lightly boozy hints. Light bitterness. Bit sticky mouthfeel. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Weak for a quad, lacking complexity, lacking barrel aging. 25 july 2019: Bottle, 2018. Equal to 2017 version. No changes.

waxed seal, fles 347/850, schenkt helder koperrood met beperkte kraag. aroma is zoet, mout, smaken zijn dun, alcohol, redelijk zoet, caramel, toffee, wat donker fruit, ook wat rode bessen, lichte bourbon, slap, nee slechte poging tot barrel aging, zwakke body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Diabolus (2017) on 18 May 2018 at 09:35 - Score: 7

Bottled. A red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Dark Amber brown pour with beige ringed head. Malty and fruity, slight sweet but with some sourness as well, some dark dried fruit, some caramel, dark fudge, vineous and bourbon notes into the finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous and fruity. Wineous, fruity. Mellow. Smooth fruity and lingering wineous fruity into the finish.

Bottle @ ZZT 2016-1. Aroma of raisin, ripe fruit, malt and glue. Taste has sweet booze, ripe fruit and again booze. No bourbon to be found.
