This light brown beer is slightly sour due to the cranberry used in dry hop. The star anise gives some flavors and makes this beer easy to drink

pours dark, clear caramelly brown. OK white head. Smell is dry, sweet, some spices, but very mild. Taste is bitter, spiced. Not malty at all. Very thin mf, ok carbo.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Faintly reddish dark brown, solid creamy tanned head. Nose is lightly strange berries, dried berries, faintly plastic, some skins & substantial skins. Taste is a bit neutral, not very outspoken, cranberries are only vaguely there, carbonation is a bit too high for me, taste is actually surprisingly bitter with bitter leaves, herbal, spices, low dry coffee, bitter herbal leaves & high carbonation. Bitter leaves & spice presence is interesting but I would have liked it with more fruit presence, having his one with more cranberries or alternatively a more expressive berry like cranberry would be quite interesting. Not bad but a bit too neutral for me.

Bouteille 33cl.
