Keg at the Bottle Shop. Hazy gold beer, decent bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry and fairly minerally crisp. Lactic sourness, not too sharp. Modest lemon and a trace of sugary floral fruits - pineapple. The tea comes through on the back end. Light crispy finish. Lactic lemon floral tea. Interesting!

Tap. Redchurch. Chicken gravy colour. Thin white head. Aroma of tea. Biscuit malts. A bit funky. A bit cheesy. Smells better than it sounds. Taste is dry. Tart. Earthy. Herbal. Tastes better than it smells. Tart, cleansing palate. Crisp, tart finish. Does what it does.

Keg at the brewery tap room, 22/05/15. Murky orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, damp hay, light spice, pineapple chunks, balsa wood, herbal trace. Taste comprises citric strokes, tea leaves, Rooibus evident, straw, light wood, red berry pips, damp hay, herbals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Xolid ’ Linner.

Keg at Redchurch. It pours cloudy orange/gold with a small white head. The nose is redbush tea upfront, spicy, brioche, dough, earth and some lemon. The taste is crisp, clean, tart, very juicy, orange rind, peach, lemon sherbet, grapefruit, some acidity, light spice and a touch of earthy tea if you look for it with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Good depth for the style, yet it remains refreshing and crushable.

Keg at the brewery. Clouded yellow / orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is rough raw grains, saw dust, tart apple, sharp lemon, fruit salad. Flavour is sharp granny Smith apple, tart spicy, little cinnamon, apple pie, grainy. Palate is grainy, tart, clean sharp, moderate carbonation. Lingering clean citric acid, granny smith apple. Decent.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. Tangy lemon in the nose, some pale wood, hay. Light sweet flavorbwith sturdy acidity, lemon juice, slight berries, mellow sweat. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tart and acidic, with undertones of vanilla and earth, faint citrus rind, salt. The tea is only apparent in the aftertaste, giving just a touch of further complexity. Overall this is damn drinkable, just like the base version.
