Bouteille 33cl. Légèrement trouble, différent pour une pils, dorée, col crémeux blanc. Arôme offre une nez efficace centré sur le malt pils, lager avec un rétro fleuri houblonné qui reste plutôt discret pour le Chinook. Palais est léger, centré sur un malt pils bien généreux qui ajoute à cette sensation de ’crisp’ en bouche, le tout conserve un côté levure persistant et qui explique un peu le voile/trouble de la bière. Petite note agrume du houblon, touche de pin mais au final le tout semble noyé dans un profil levure trop dominant.

Sampled draft @ Beerstorming. Shared cost. Batch 2 was pretty decent but this one is too milky for me. Hazy golden with a creamy solid white head. Nose is sweet floral banana, sugar, candy, milky. Taste is milky lemon, far too milky, white sugar, candy, overly milky, lightly floral. Milky body. Step down for me, too bad.

Pours unclear yellow , small white head. Smell is fruity, very fruity. Taste is mildly bitter , fruity , malty, rather weak compared to the scent that is just magnificent.
