Draft sampled @ Bar Dynamo. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is big milky lacto, straightforward sour, puckering low dank passionfruit & mango. Hop seems to be largely in the nose. Taste is basic puckering latic base, low vinegar, simple, puckering, touch oily. Basic, simple but pleasant & easy fun puckering drink.

Bottle from the Grumpy Goat. Slightly hazy gold with a large but rapidly disappearing white head and a light fizz. A little funky farmhouse flavour, lots of apricot and sherbert, along with lychee and mango. Definitely tart, a little dryness but also surprisingly sweet for the style. Interesting...

Bottle of it in Hipster Hill. It pours clear golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The nose is big juicy tropical fruits, mango, orange, passion fruit, greengage, gooseberry, sherbet and granny smith apple. The taste is clean, crisp, tart, juicy, lots of sherbet, lemon sorbet, lime, orange, grapefruit and straw with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crushable. Easy 4.

Draught @ BBB. Think this is the Simcoe version. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, pink grapefruit juice, passion fruit, mango, yoghurt, freshly cut grass, pine needles, orange zest and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny bitter and fruity with wheat crackers, yoghurt, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, kumquats and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, tiny oily and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, yoghurt, freshly cut grass, pine needles, kumquats and lemon zest. Another very fruity refreshing one in these series. Lovely!
