Brewed with classic American hops Simcoe and Chinook, this exploratory India Pale Ale combines our favourite features of a modern IPA. A liberal amount of Simcoe expresses bold berry and citrus notes with a complex aroma of pine and wood. Chinook adds a little spiciness with an explosion of grapefruit and subtle bitterness. Our house London Ale yeast keeps the profile soft, with oats adding a smooth body and balance on the palate.

Can from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and mango. Flavour of lemon, lemongrass and orange zest. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A solid IPA. I think that BBN’s branding is holding them back a bit... They brew great beers but each one somehow looks the same on the shelf, they’re not differentiated enough.
