Bottle. Pours a light tangerine with loads of bubbly head and very active carbonation. Nose is apricot, nectarine pit fruit, lemon and funk. Flavor is amazingly sour with lots of fruity tones to keep it interesting. This is fantastic stuff!

Bottle with a best before date of 07-2013 thanks to the brewers at Eataly. Pours with a hazy yellow hued body and a lasting, frothy white head. Aromas are of rich funk, floral, estery, orange peel with medium grain. Flavors show a mild acidity, medium esters, rich funk, strawberry and citrus. Bone dry, a touch thin, lively bubbles. Very tasty.

This beer pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short stringy lacing on the glass. Tart fruit, frunky yeast and wheat in the nose. Light, effervescent body with flavors of lemon, wheat, yeast and bit of pepper. The finish is fruity with a tart apple aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle, mild gusher. Full foamy head, pale golden, cloudy. Pleasant mild aroma of chardonnay, a little grassy, touch of funk. Light bodied, mildly sweet, medium sourness with a drying easy finish. Exceptionally refreshing. Lingering aftertaste hints at a floral hop but very mildly so.

Pours hazy, effervescent orange gold into a tulip. Significant off-white head slowly recedes leaving craters and spiders. Sweet lemony and sour grapefruity citrus aromas. Dry with tart lemon and sweet meringue upfront turining to mild, tart grapefruit and marshmallow finish. Nice blend of saison and lambic.

375mL capped bottle poured into a Melbourne Bros glass. I pop the cap, pour the beer, and signature Cantillon fills my nostrils. Despite 10% Cantillon its mostly wild and sour barnyard on the nose. I can smell if for a long time. Color is slicked golden with a medium-thick head. Flavor however is a tease. There is Cantillon but its overwhelmed by the Saison. This makes it come off as a buttery lambic, just not as wild or sour. So, basically I wish there was more Cantilllon and less everything. Its almost like honey and lambic mixed. Medium heft with a sticky feel. Its almost like a tease-jerk, why play with me like that beer.
