Flaska från No Science Webshop. Trevlig

31/III/21 - 33cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: 14/II/20 (2021-240) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the trade! Part of a lost bottle box I recently discovered…

BIG GUSHER ALERT!
Clear gold to orange beer, big aery to creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. But about a third of the beer gushed out of the bottle onto the table. Aroma: pretty oxidized, malty, some orange peel, cardboard, little floral, some Madeira. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, nice bitterness, hoppy, grassy, bit oxidized, some caramel, marzipan notes, almonds. Aftertaste: slightly sourish touch, a bit grassy, hint of banana, little fruity.

Towering yellowish dense head over clear yellowish golden beer, well-carbonated. Spices, vegetables, quite intense nose despite the huge head; chalk, orangerind. Quite bitter, some traces of oxydation, oxydated malts, old cookies with orangespread. Some vegetable bitterness. Sharpish MF, faint, but creamy texture; dry finish and aftertaste. Good carbonation, slick and creamy. Not a really good bitterness, despite some merits. Thanks to Stef!

Pours cloudy yellow blonde. Small white head. Smell is bit fruity, malty, not very intense. Taste is sharp, rather malty, citrussy, sharp witbier-style yeasty Ness, bit spices. Belgian character. Bit pladticy finish. I had this beer before and liked it better than.

The first beer by this new Brussels brewery, tasted at BXL Beerfest. Thick and foamy, egg-white, stable head, hazy ‘lemony’ yellow pale golden robe. Aroma of dried lemon zest, white bread slices, raw turnip, radish, banana peel, freshly cut grass, green apple. Sweetish onset but restrainedly so, unripe banana and green pear notes, rather subdued in fruitiness, sharp and stinging carbonation, supple and lean white-bready malt base, bit cereally, vaguely sweetish, leading to a drying, peppery finish with a faint dash of citrus peel bitterness. Holds the middle between a modern English golden ale and a traditional Belgian blonde, but with a somewhat amplified, American-inspired hop bitterness to it. Modern and quenching, rather easygoing but no serious flaws or other shortcomings here.
