Hazy amber colour, white foam, lots of carbonation. Nose of iron, dried fruit, caramel. Too much carbonation.

F: big, off-white, good retention. C: amber, hazy, opaque, with red tones against the light. A: malty, caramel, dark fruity, syrupy, yeast, honey. T: malty, sugar but not so sweet as in the aroma, caramel malt, hint of earthy bitterness, herbal, hay, light sour on the palate, probably the bio version can´t be as good as “normal beer”, but still not bad, 0,33l bottle from Färm organic shop in Brussels.
