From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Aroma is big sour grapes, fruits, vinous, touch of citrus. Flavour is nicely moderate to medium sour. Body is medium. Very tasty sour grape saison.

Tap @ Wildeman. Blonde. Grapes, lemon and a hint of vanilla in the aroma. Bretty citric flavor with grapes. Excellent.

THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled draft @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Golden, little white head. Nose is puckering white grape, low sourness, big burned fruit & zest. Smell is not bad. Taste is weird milky sweet, too sweet, white sugar, candy, sugar, little grape in taste. Too bad, smell was a decent start.

Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of lemon zest, straw and gooseberry. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky taste of lemon zest, gooseberry and straw, followed by a medium long, moderately tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ In de Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, only slightly a sourish hint, brett, some hops. Nicely balanced. Quite pleasant.
