Choulette Ambrée is the result of a rigorous selection of special aromatic malts which give it a good caramel taste. Red, with coppery reflections, dense ivory foam, this beer exudes an aroma rich in notes of prune.

Amber color. Almost stinks. Some malt taste. Worse than La Choulette Blonde.

Strong honey aroma dark amber, low creamy head. Woody and sweet honeyish tastenotes. medium bodied but with a heavy attitude. Sugary sweet, almost vineous aftertaste. Seems to be a bit out off balance to me.

A beutiful amber beer with only a small head. It has a nice aroma of fruit and malt. The flavor is slightly flat as a cask beer with a good malt sweetness and a slight bitterness. A nice beer.

Amber. Medium head, dissipates quite fast. Smells like an old cellar. Warming, spicy flavour. Left a rum-like flavour in my mouth.

Firm, malty, with a touch of vanilla and a good, understated yeasty note. Well-crafted. Damn this brewery kicks ass.
