Sampled @ Pint Winterbierfestival Gouda, 2016. Clear autumn reddish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly a hint of yeast, lightly sweet. Not a lot of flavor, so not a lot to like or dislike. Ok beer.

Small sample from bottle @ PRZH Winterbiertickfest (2016). Clear brown color. Beige head. Aroma’s: vegetables, sweet fruit, also a bit wort retronasal. Flavor is light fruity acidic. Medium bodied. Light bitter finish. Another meh.

Bottle sampled at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear mahohany with beige head. Massive cardboard up front, brown sugar, some bitter vegetables, light caramel and like all the Noordt beers there’s this Spa Red mineral taste that I really dislike in Spa water and also in beer. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Thank you for sharing people! Sampled bottled @ “Gouda Winterbier Festival 2016”. Dark red amber with little head. Strange umami notes, very heavy cloying spices & light fish guts. Taste is dull herbal, cumin, leaves, sugar, sweetish malt, dash candy. Dull & low carbonation fan. Bland at best, meh with a touch of odd.

From bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda 2016. Clear, dark brownish amber. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and some chocolate. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty taste of caramel, nuts and brown sugar, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally roasty finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, flat. Okay.

Bottle sample at PINT Winterbierfestival ’16. Amber-brown colour, beige head. Aroma is almost absent, some dusty malts, light sweetness. Flavour is of a weak Belgian Amber, nutty, light malty, hint of toast, grain, lager-like. Meh. Can’t classify this beer, put it under s/h/v.
