Our Street Series of IPAs pays homage to our home, Boston's Fort Point neighborhood. Each entry in the series maintains the same distinctive grist bill and bittering hop addition, offering a clean and soft backbone for a singular dry-hop varietal to take the lead. Summer Street highlights Simcoe, the Pacific Northwest varietal largely responsible for the recent explosion of aromatic hop-breeding in the US. Pouring a beautiful light orange with a gentle, glowing haze, our treatment of Simcoe results in tactfully balanced aromatics featuring notes of grapefruit zest, spicy pine, candied lemon, and white grape. The front of the palate is greeted with an intense citrus juice character that eases its way into a well-structured and nuanced resinous bitterness. Dry, crisp, and medium-bodied, Summer Street straddles the line between a New England and West Coast IPA drinking experience.

Tangerine and grapefruit. Hazy golden pour with ok head and good lacing. Light bitter end. It's been a while since I've been impressed with a trillium beer. Not sure if they've fallen off or the hazy universe is over saturated. Dryish kind of finish at least without the hop tang BS of many hazies. Light bitter and a touch of caramel. Tap at Churchkey.

Pours a nice hazy golden orange from a can. Big citrus (orange) aroma. Flavor is a bit more subdued, adds a little tropical fruit flavor. Pretty good beer.

Can, from the source. Extremely hazy bright rich yellow with small frothy off-white head, mango-melon-citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-melon-citrus taste, smooth body, long finish. Tasty double IPA.

Can from the shop in Boston and drunk in my apartment. Turbid dirty amber colour thin white head. Grapefruit gooseberry aroma with that Neipa aroma too. Some sweetness from the malt. Some good simcoe flavour on the finish. That grapefruit gooseberry slight sourness I love so much. Big hoppy everything. I mean it's pretty good. Light bitterness on the finish. Fresh as hell. It's pretty damn good.
