Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi e banana.

Bottle from mr_fabi_134, thanks. Malty aroma and taste, wheat, banana, clove, light sweet and bitter. Medium body, malty bitter finish with light sourness. Ok.

Trübe gelb orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, getreidiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, getreidig, malzig, fruchtig mit Banane und einem Hauch Pfirsich.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, yeasty. Mild sweetness. Fruity touch of banana, maybe some pear. Finish a bit boring malty-yeasty. Okay.

0,33 l bottle out of a mixed 6er, purchased at Batzen Häusl. Murky orange golden with a small one finger head in the glass. Low banana and pineapple on the nose, some clove. Taste starts dry fruity, orange, clove, yeast, maybe some wheat. Low dry bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle from Merano. Hazy mid amber with a big head, bananas and spice. A bit thin body, slightly more acidic than usual for a Weiss. Flavor is thin grains and a hint of banana. Good high carb though.

Modeste 2015. Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is sweet, some malts. Taste is bit bitter, metallic, grainy maltyness. Bit bitter, good mf and carbo. Nice and refreshing, some copper-like taste underneath

Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Modeste 2015. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is lightly milky yeast, feels rather DE yeast-wise with light fish guts note, sugar & sweet hay. Taste is milky yeast, banana, light DE-style, candy, sugar. Body is odd yeast, sugar. Simply, sweet but nothing wrong with it, agreeable. Not bad in general.
