Our Viennarillo is a new interpretation of the Viennese lager. We work with the old technology of dry hopping. Amarillo and Cascade hops give the beer very intense, long-lasting hop aromas. Thanks to the bottom-fermented brewing method, this is a very refreshing and elegant beer with a slim body.

Bottiglia.

Tap at Lange Nacht der Brauereien. Cloudy golden. Melon, grape, perfume. Sticky sweet front heavy spring onions. Oily aftertaste. But. It is somehow drinkable (except for the onions).

Tap at LNdB24. Citric perfume nose. Fresh, lovely. Hazy golden, white, light lace. Nice little fizzy citrus, flowery, stonefruit thing, quite bright and fresh.

0,33 l bottle from Nägele, Algund. BB 28.02.2023. Cloudy red golden with a short living one finger white head in the glass. Malty smell, some wood elements in the second row. Taste starts surprisingly herbal, little bit orange fruity, some wood, malt with some Pilsener taste and bitterness in the background. Hints of peppermint. Mid malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Okay. But nothin´n more.

On tap at the source in Bolzano/Bozen - Italy. Orange clear and bright pour, massive foam. Nose: hops dominate, really! Peach, grapes, mandarine. Mouth: lovely, easy with lager strong character and fresh hoppy, a bit sweet with a decent bitterness which balances the overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange color with white head. Aroma is shallots, sweat, resinous. Taste is slightly buttery, more shallots and sweat. Resinous medium-bitter finish. Too many beers with a hopping like this nowadays.

Sampled from bottle at BKL München 2016.
Amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of bread, citrus, orange, flowers, some berries, biscuit.
Taste follows this, with some more honey.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter-sweet, medium zesty, hoppy, a bit fruity, a bit bready.

Nice one. A quite unique and characterful style example. Good balance between biscuity malts and fruity-floral hops. Really quaffable, would definitely drink this again.
