This Double IPA includes Mosaic and Simcoe hops, South American specialty malt, and tons of tastiness. Looks like liquid gold, smells like a bright tropical fruit pine forest, and tastes like all that and more.

Bomber courtesy of a friend. Thanks! Slightly hazy golden amber, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, oniony hops, grapefruit, pale malt. The taste is pine, resin, dank, grapefruit, lemon peel. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness. Nice beer.

Hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic shine in this Imperial IPA and this this golden brew is blessed with a thick off-white head of foam. The aroma is incredibly sweet and fruity hops. Medium bodied with a raspy carbonation and an incredibly bitter woodsy and earthy pine flavor. The aroma is modern IPA while the taste is Old Skool.

Draft at Bert’s in Millersville, PA. I don;t get it. What’s with all the Knee Deep love. I am drinkin a DIPA from 2008. This is a tea-malt bomb, I feel like I am drinking Earl Grey with green, piney, older school hops. Am I the weird one? Its not bad but its not the type of hoppy beer that has any interest for me at all.

Seriously good beer. Aroma’s mainly fresh hops backed up buy some good malt. Flavor’s similar to nose, really juicy and delicious. Excellent balance between bitter, sweet, Tang; hops, malt, and carbonation. Faultless body and finish.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart cactus and pine. The flavor was tangy and sweet with cactus and pine but had an odd and off presence I could not identify. Long finish. Full bodied. Ok.
