Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Levi. Clear golden. Hoppy aroma of onion, tropical fruits, pine. Flavor has some malt sweetness, oniony, piney, and mildly fruity hops, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 6/4/2015. Pours a crystal clear bright golden orange color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of bright citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tasngerine, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, lemon/orange zest, pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth and balanced creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic DIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to sip on for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

On tap at Saraveza's 6th IIPA Fest, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal hops, some pine, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is robust, with big herbal hops, some pine and dry biscuity malt. Really robust and dry. Balanced and drinkable. Excellent.

22oz bomber pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a nice looking dirty white head. The inviting aroma offers up juicy pineapple, tangelo and mango fruitiness rimmed with some spicy onion like dankness. Solid. The taste is the same and I’m loving it. I get a blend of juicy hoppiness and hop bitterness where there’s layers of tangelo, sweetened pink grapefruit, pineapple and mango to go along with bitter onion like spiciness. This is deep, chewy, bitter and sweet juiciness. Lovely. I should have bought several more of this, damn. This is -money-

Sample at Tomahawk Warrior’s First Birthday party on 06/06/2015: Pours a clear gold-yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

650 ml. bottle. Obtained in a trade with LouS. Bottled on 04/27/2015. Clear golden, fluffy egg-white collapsing head. Nose is mellow quite fruity melon, rather big mango, passionfruit, faintly floral, light doughy yeast,… Taste is fruity sweetish mango, melon, passionfruit, some floral bitterness in the back, quite a big doughy yeast, powdery, mellow dank hops,… Mild floral bitterness & mellow grapefruit peel in the back. Mellow fruity, juicy hops, low bitterness,… Lower carbonation resulting in a beer that is clean and hugely drinkable. Light doughy yeast in both body & taste. Very simple & approachable DIPA but a satisfactory one. Would make a good everyday beer but price-point is too high for that in my opinion. Nothing unique just a good DIPA. Quite satisfactory all the same.

Bottle from On The Fly. Mellow but rich citrus hop aroma. Medium weight body with light silky head, slightly dry on the tail end. Hard to believe this is an IIPA. Smooth, nice hop/malt balance
