Old rating from 2014 - 500ml bottle from La Cave a Bulles, now sadly shut. Poured at home in Jersey, it's caramel colour with a white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of fruity melons, over ripe banana's, apples, spices, pepper, herbs, earth & flora. Medium body. Dry moderate bitter finish.

122016 L310 on the label.
Pours an almost clear amber with a healthy head of foam that takes ages shrink.
Smell is spicy, somewhat bitter, mildly sweet, a bit peppery.
The taste is spicy, I get hibiscus and chilies, bitter, dry, bitter aftertaste.
Medium body and carbonation.
Pretty tasty. Feeling a bit more of the heat after every sip.

Biere from Paris. No jest czerwona barwa, lekko mglista, spora piana, nawet trwala, Poczatkowo smak czerwonych owocow, czeresnia, sporo czeresni, chmielnosc jest wyczuwalna, malo slodowe, podniebienie po jakims czasie zaczyna sie rozgrzewac i zdaje sobie wtedy sprawe ze spore przyprawowosci, papryczka chili, czy hubanero w mniejszej ilosci, pieprz ziolowy, czosnkowa ostrosc, wszystko czeresnia muska, fajnie to wymyslone i oczywiscie doprawione.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, merci Willy. Orange fin, col blanc moyen.

500 ml bottle. Orange color topped by a large frothy white head. Yeasty sour fruit malt nose. Unique bitter fruity flavor upfront. A contrast of bitter peppery notes and stone fruit maltiness. Slightly earthy with a subtle spicy burn from the chillies. There is a subtle medicinal taste in the finish. The bitterness subsides as well. Overall, a very unique brew that is complex and spicy.
