330 ml. can purchased @ Malt Attacks. Split by 2. Drank straight from the can with no overly detailed notes. Very creamy, pleasant white bread quality with mild floral hops, light grass, biscuit, light pepper,… Creamier than expected in a great way, very easy to drink with a pleasant light hop character. Milt complimentary sweetness. Great yeast, very clean. Great beer / pilsner. Pleasant surprise.

33cl can from Malt Attacks, BB 22/06/2015. Dorée sur un léger orangé, col blanc léger. Arôme offre de suite des flagrances houblonnées nobles rappelant une présence Saaz et Haller. Retrouve le bouquet de grains basique avec un malt carapils et un léger rétro nasal fleuri houblonné. Palais est léger aux notes caractéristiques de malts pils. Retrouve une note un peu de maïs et de métallique. Le tout est sec, légèrement citronné et houblonné procurant une amertume délicate. Le côté grains, et levure apportent une finition terreuse en fin de bouche. Le tout conserve une approche fleurie avec un usage houblonné noble tirant plus sur le côté allemand.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, straw, nice fresh malts and noble hops. Clean flavour, bitter, hop notes, light sweet malts. Light bitter finish, lingering hops. Nice and clean, bitter pilsener.

Draught @ RBESG 14 - London, @ Fourpure Brewing Company, Unit 22 Bermondsey Trading Estate, Rotherhithe New Road, Bermondsey, Greater London England SE16 3LL. [ As Fourpure Pils ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140808]
