Keg at Mother Kellyโs. It pours clear golden with a decent minimal head. The nose is rather woody, bready malts, zesty lemon & lime, cracker and tequila. The taste is crisp, salty, sweet-sour, lemon rind, lime, decent amount of wood, minerals, some tequila and mild herbal action with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Refreshing and readily consumable. Decent gear.

Keg at Mother Kellyโs - London. Pours clear gold with a slight white foam head. The nose has some ripening lemon, pale bread. Light sweet flavor with lemony tang, faint apricot, peach, very faint wood character. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some further lemon, faint salty bite, pale bread, some melon. Tasty.

Keg at mother kellys for the sour weekend. Thought Iโd had this before. Mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is oak, tequila, lime, floral citrus. Quite strong oak on the aroma. Flavour is composed of salty, citrus, light grains, lime, pinch of sweetness, lemon, bit of wood tanin in the finish. Palate is crisp tart, salt and a nice dry finish. Pretty refreshing.
