Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is tart fruits, some herbal, mild wooden and some syrupy tones. Flavour is tart wood, some sour berries and mild wooden tones with some spiciness. Superdry palate, Dry and Sour. Lovely.

Bottle at BBT 11/2023 #2. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium sourness, med-light tartness, low sweetness, low bitterness. Overall quite dry, with medium natural sour cherry, light coffee, hints of bourbon. Light warmth, rather providing complexity, not booziness. Overall easy sipping. Good one.

Bottle at BBT 12/2023 #2. Sour funky aroma and taste, red wine, wooden barrel notes, cherries, medium sour. Medium body, funky sour fruity finish. Ok.

BBT november/ 2023. Red amber color with white head. Aroma of cherries, cacao nibs, light chocolate, bourbon.Taste is sour, light funk, cherriess, light cacao nibs, red grapes.
