Refrigerated 37.5 brown bottle poured into a glass. Purple with off-white head. Aroma is blackberry, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is rich blackberry.

Bottle 500ml @ Himmeriget, Aaboulevard 27, Copenhagen, Denmark 1960. [ As Jester King Nocturn Chrysalis BA Blackberries ].ABV: 5.7%. Unclear medium red - purple colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt - pale malt, blackberries, wood, funky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, berry tart, sour, blackberrey, funky, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. From tap. Pours hazy deep purple with a small pink head. Aroma is black currant fruity. Sour. Fruity. Wooden. Smooth fruity. Medium dry. Fruity. Berries. Mild sour and sweet finish.

Draft. A red beer with a pink Head. The aroma has notes of black berries, brett, Wood, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of black berries, Wood, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Keg @ IndyMan 2016. Batch 4. Pours hazy purple, thin pinkish white head. Aroma is red berries, funk. Taste is puckeringly tart, super sharp sour with some snappy berry fruit. Some juice, lots of wild complexity. Wish I had a full bottle so I could get to know this beer a little better.

Apparently I had Batch 4, 5.2%. Deep purple colour. Aroma has light funk, blackberry and wood. Flavour is packed full of blackberry. It’s sweet and sour with a touch of wood and funky tartness.

Bottle from an old trade. Batch 2, 2014 edition. Pours dark redpurple. No foam at all. Smell is intensemy fruity, sour, with a lactic sour undertone. bit of oak. taste is Sharp, sour. Dry. Fruity. Some oak’. Mild sweetness on the back that outlasts the other tastes. Too high carbo. Not bad overal..
