Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da orzo e caramello. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è marrone scuro. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano poco di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma trova indizi di caramello, miele, cereali, erba e agrumi.

Bottle. Courtesy Bo. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. AMber colour. Some particles. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Caramel and some yeasty notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Brazilian Tasting”. Thank you sebletitje! BBF 23.07.2015. Red fruits brown, big vanishing mocha bubbly head. Nose is big on red fruits chewing gum & jam with liquorish, sweet herbal, yeast, very sugary sweet,… Taste is odd mix of herbal malts, strawberry jam, very sweet & sugar, touch thin, sweet, yeasty, syrupy, dull, malty beer, lots of white sugar,… Touch & thin and jam body. Rather boring & overly sweet but nothing terrible like the current very low scores would suggest. Bottle is gorgeous.

75cl from Fiera della birra Cesena, BB 23/07/2015. Cuivrée trouble, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme de levure belge sur des notes épicées, houblonné noble fleurie t fruité, malt cara pils, pâle avec un rétro offrant des notes fruitées noires. Palais au profil centré sur une levure agréable, donnant un pointe d’épice. Profil houblonné reste modéré avec une fine amertume. La bière offre une pointe de malt type crystal qui apporte un léger collant aux lèvres, fruité noir sur un côté pomme caramélisée avec un fini rappelant l’anisé.

Little hazy reddish amber beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: Belgian yeast profile, malt, some caramel, raisins, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft roast, overripe fruits, yeast, little bitter, hoppy touch, soft sourness. Aftertaste: hoppy, yeast, banana, dried fruits, little hoppy, something off.

Bottle at Antonio and Lisa’s in Assisi. Pours ruddy amber with a beige head. Flavor is woody with cola notes. Really interesting plant flavor. Perhaps a metallic hint - or something phenolic. It’s great, but incredibly different.

Corked bottle
Brown color. The aroma is mostly yeast. It has some caramel flavor, dry mouthfeel, some yeast flavor too. Imprecise.

ambrato carico schiuma non abbondante naso leggermnte acidulo un piatto in bocca ppoco armoatica poc corpo leggero caramello una nota tostata poco amara leggera acidità
