F: big, off-white, average retention. C: gold, light hazy. A: malty, orange peels, grassy, floral, herbal. T: light malty backbone, citrus, grassy, bit herbal, mild yeasty, medium to full body and lively carbonation, not bad, enjoyed, sample from 75cl bottle @ RBBSG 10/2018.

Sampled from bottle @ late RBBSG. A bit unclear yellowish color, full sized rough white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly sweetish, lightly yeast, yellow fruit. Decent body and quite soft carbonation. Ok.

25cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of yeasty fruits, yellow fruits, grapes, wine. Taste of strong pale malt, moderate sweet malt, yeast, some grapes. Okay!

Cette bière s'apparenterait à du champagne? C'est une bonne blague! Si elle essayait déjà d'être une bonne bière, ce ne serait déjà pas si mal....car avec peu d'équilibre et des arômes pas très harmonieux, nous sommes loin du compte. Reste la complexité qui est vrai est au programme, mais de la complexité sur des arômes pas exceptionnels, cela ne sert pas à grand-chose. En verre, le blond orangé est trouble avec une mousse blanc cassée très abondante. A noter de la matière en suspension abondante. Le nez se tourne vers l'acidité, aigrelet, sur la pomme verte, le citron et le détergent .Pas trop mon truc. L'attaque reprend le nez, avec un petit côté fermier. La deuxième bouche est tout de même plus stable et douce avec des arômes fruités qui s'expriment davantage avec banane, pomme, pêche, mais également miel et coriandre. C'est sans nul doute le moment le plus appréciable de la dégustation. L'arrière bouche par contre n'est pas meilleure que l'attaque, aigrelette, sur la pomme et ce côté fermier. La présence en bouche est plutôt bonne par contre. Tout comme la longueur...mais est-ce une bonne nouvelle? Toujours aigrelette, sur le détergent, la pomme et de légers épices, cela ne s'arrange pas. L'alcool, à 8,5 % est peu efficace. Voilà donc un champagne frelaté.

25 cl bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Label says 8.5 % abv. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with yeasts, orange peel and spicy notes, dry floral accents. Taste is sweet. A lively carbonation. Slightly drying finish with lingering fruits and tart earthy notes. Fine Biere de Champagne.

8,5% ABV. Piwo szampanskie rozlane do kieliszkow Deusa. Fantastyczna stabilna i trwala piana, ze utrudniala degustacje i smakowanie w tych waskich kieliszkach. Jasne jaskrawo zlociste, musujace babelki, aromat glownie pomaranczy i brzoskwini. W smaku rowniez owoce pomaranczowe, troche jescze jablek kwaskowych Grany Smith. Goryczka wyczuwalna, idealnie wspolgra z slodowoscia, bardzo pijalne. Dobra alternatywa dla kazdego wina musujacego i tymbardziej drogiego szampana.

Brut aperitiefbiertje met Champagnegist. Peer, appel, pompelmoes. Perfect bij tapas hapjes !

Donkergeel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is krachtig, warm en zoet met iets van citrus, ananas en abrikoos. Heel goed.
