Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy red with a short-lived white head. Aromas of raspberry, lemon. Taste is quite thin, some saison qualities. Jammy finish almost.

Keg at the hanging bat... Pink red... Thin white lacing... Soft sweet raspberry fruits nose... Big soft sweet raspberry front.. Light tart raspberry pip follows then some sweet jam... But feels little thin... Little fizzy and a very light metalic back bone

On tap at Haand Festival. An unclear beer, pinkish color and a finger-thick white head on top. Curtains. Lots of raspberry on the nose, some white sugary notes and a wee lemon hint. It’s dry and quite thin on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Raspberry, lemon and a generic citrus touch in the flavor. Quite low on bitterness. Well, not really my kind of beer, but at least it’s refreshing. 150529

Draught half-pint at Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury on 4th Aug 2015. Poured reddy pink with thin pink collar for a head. Aroma is all about the raspberries and this continues into the taste with the lemon content adding to a tartness that is almost sour in nature. A sunshine beer, drank by me on a wet and blustery afternoon, what a pity the weather couldn’t be arsed to play the game!

Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours vivid reddish pink with pink head. Aroma screams raspberries and continues to a tart raspberry taste, the sharp sourness reigned in by a smooth lemon backdrop. Very nice and a perfect summer beer.

Draught @ Haand Ølfestival 2015, Drammen
Pours hazy pink with a pink head. Aroma has notes of raspberries, citrus and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with a long dry, raspberry, citrus and fruity finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy. The fruit is a bit to overpowering for this beer. But very refreshing..

Tap at Haand Ølfestival, shared with Finn. Remaining, low, pink head. Cloud reddish in body colour. Mostly raspberry on the nose. Mid-dry taste of ripe lemon and berries. Ends rather dry and mid-tart. Palate cleanser (Drammen 29.05.2015).

On tap at Mother Kellys Bethnal Green. Hazy bright red pink colour lasting pink head. Pippy woody raspberry aroma. A little light but the fruit is lovely. The raspberry is fresh real and rather good. Good sharpness on the finish. Lovely beer.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. De couleur roésée trouble, col rosé. Arôme est légèrement fruité avec un très bon bouquet framboise, retrouve le côté terreux et légèrement citronné en rétro-nasal. Le côté saison rustique se perd un peu. Palais est léger avec une présence levure qui offre plus le côté rustique, retrouve un fruité très agréable entre terreux et aigrelet des framboises avec le fini citrique du citron. Amertume reste modérée procurant une fin note houblonnée noble.
