Aroma of light malt, lots of yeast, fruits, mild citrus, spicy notes, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Pretty good Tripel, both sweetish and remarkably bitter.

33cl Bottle from Vonk. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, light spicy, light hoppy, malts, some alcohol, light fruity, citrus. Flavour follows, good underlying bitterness, a bit floral. Medium bodied, firm carbonation that suits the beer in this case. Classic tripel with a little extra hop bite. Nice.

Flaske 330ml - gave fra Skinnyviking. Delt med Rune i WC-veien 25 Apr 16. Gyldengulbrun. Litt uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum som etterlater litt filigranser. Lett god fruktaroma med hint av mandler. Smaken mandeldråper. Litt søt. Hint av krydder etter hvert.

330ml bottle, 8 % abv, trade with Skinnyviking. Crocheted lacing from a filmy layer. Hazy golden body. Sweet ripe fruity nose. Almond and orange taste on a backbone of yeasty dryness. Mid-sweet fruit ending. Well bodied. Decent, very much on the sweet side though (shared with Finn, Tromsø 25.04.2016).

330ml bottle from Appellation Wines. 8%. Pours hazy pale gold, yeast lumps, bubbly white head. Aromas of spice, sweet malt, banana, yeast zing. Taste is more of the same, heavier on the spice and yeast. Faint sweetness, white sugar thing lurking around. Dry finish though. Nice.
