From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Aroma of light malt, yeasty notes, basil, lots of spices and herbs. Flavour is slightly sourish. Dry finish. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much from the supposedly 3 used peppers in this beer. Mostly it was drinking a gardens worth of herbs. Not my kind of beer.

On tap at Arrogant Pub, Reggio Emilia. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, bit zesty, yeasty, spicy, peppery, medium sweetness. Medium bodied.

Heller, wenig intensiver Antrunk. Geringe Bitterkeit, etwas herb. Zum Ende mild würzig. 10/9/10/8//8

Pale yellow with soapy head. Smooth texture. Flavour has lots of pale malts and pepper. Hot peppery aftertaste.

Warm hazy golden colour, white head. Fruity aroma, lemon zest, citrus, apricot, hint of candy. Light bitter flavour, malts, yeast. Yeasty finish, light banana, lemon peel.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est plaisant offrant un agréable nez poivré relevé par des effluves de levure. Le malt arrive en rétro-nasal. Palais est simple, léger mais néanmoins complexe par l’ajout de poivre. Retrouve aussi une petite douceur fleurie rappelant la camomille. Malt froment et pils en fin de bouche ponctué par une fine note houblonnée qui ajoute un petit zeste fruité citronné.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Milky yellow lemon, small white head. Nose is very odd, sewage water, zest, mineral, almost akin to heavily diluted seawater with milky yeast. Odd & not too pleasant. Taste is sweet milky flowers, zest, mineral, odd light pepper & spices, overly yeasty. Odd thick milky yeast body. Doesn’t work too well for me.

From tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, 5% saison, opaque yellow with a white head. Aroma of grass, fruity, citrus, fresh basil, straw. Taste is zweet, citrus, very saison-ish beer, young grass, basil, a lot of spring herbs , light body, thin, somewhat sticky, some grain. it´s ok however i wouldn´t drink a full bottle of this.
