Delikatne, o pieknej trwalej i blyskawicznie rosnacej pianie, mocno wystajacej ponad brzegi kieliszka St Feuilliena. Jasne niemal zlociste, metniste pod koniec. Ciemno piaskowa barwa. W smaku chmielnosc, lekka kwaskowosc cytrusowa, biala kapusta tak, tak mi sie to kojarzylo. W miare OK ale liczylem na wiekszy szal.

Another beer I tried at the 3rd Cotteridge Tasting on 20th May 2017. Misty yellow body, off-white head. Citrus notes fill the nose, followed by a yeasty, farmyard aroma. Taste is also lemon forward with other sweeter citrus flavours arriving with the yeasty farmyard bits mentioned in the aromas.

Bottle at Cotteridge Convention 2017. it pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is quite fresh, soft, sweet, pine, lemon sherbet, orange, kumquat, apple and melon. The taste is dry, grassy bitterness, straw, barnyard, Granny Smith apple, pear, melon, spice and some herbal undertones. Finish is pretty dry. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting but I don’t care for the sweet pear and melon notes.
