Amarilla blanquecina. Turbia. 2 dedos de espuma poco duradera. Aroma cítrico. Sabor también. Claramente tipo wit, no hefe. Textura cremosa y notable gas. Suave malta y cítrico limón. Final cítrico. Muy bebible y refrescante. Buena.

*Old rating, best before 12.09. The beer is spicy-fresh, slightly dry, nice round but not too deep. Interesting.

Cloudy pale straw yellow colour, good frothy snowwhite head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Strong herbal nose, peppermint, lavender, ginger, anis, juniper, lemon grass, bitter orange, wheat. Taste light sweet and sour, herbal, medicinal. Light body, sticky texture, soft to average carbonation, aftertaste full of herbal notes, light sour, light bitter orange, quite peppery, fresh. Overall an unusal and interesting witbier.

Bottle 0,75l from Corsica. Corsican version of witbier. Native to this beautiful island, Colomba is peculiar, full, wild, astringent. Very interesting experience.

Bottle. Pale yellow, hazy body, with a big, stable, creamy, white head, that sticks to the glass. Aroma of citrus, orange, spices, herbs, grains. Taste is a bit thin, with mainly spices, some fruits, wheat, herbs. Mouthfeel is light, slick, with low carbonation and it finishes spicy, grainy, moderate bitter. OK, refreshing. Taste isn’t well balanced and pretty thin, with too dominant spice notes.

33cl bottle pours with a hazy gold body that has copper hues and supports a thin white head. The beer left behind a formidable yeast and sediment cake at the bottom of the bottle. The aroma offers up sugary malts, a sweetened soft lemon and a yeasty wheat sensation. The taste is sugary sweet with a bready doughy sort of lemon sensation. It also gets a little estery and yeasty here and there with faint bubble gum and banana notes. Overall too sweet and too fruity.

0,33 l bottle. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, fine foamy head. Low caramell and citrus on the nose. Starts sweet like cheap honey, sweet caramell, yeast. Light oily. Some malty hints. Not very fizzy.
