Fles (Yuzu) thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een helder geel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een citrus achtige geur. De smaak is wat tarweachtig, waterig met tonen van citrus.

Bottle @ home. Clear pale golden color, huge white head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste wheat, citrussy, lightly sweet hints and perhaps if you search for it a slight bitter hint. Decent enough body for a 4.4% ABV beer, but quite highly carbonated. Bit too much for my liking.

Bottle from LDW drinks, Eke. Clear yellow colour, white foam. Very weak aroma of citrus and lemon. Very watery. Not bad but very weak, no aftertaste and too much carbonation.

15/IX/15 - 33cl bottle from Drankcenter LDW (Eke) - BB: 17/III/18 (2015-1194)
Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit funky, fruity, some grapefruit, sweet touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish, lemony, not sweet though, bitter, lemon peel, lemon juice. Aftertaste: bit sourish, grassy, watery finish. Nice concept.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ 20ste Zomerbierfestival. Citrus golden, big white bubbles. Nose is artificial dishwashing liquid lemon, chemical, odd overly sweet wheat,… Taste is chemical, dull wheat, artificial dishwashing liquid lemon, very sweet & sugary,.. Low carb. & bit artificial-like body. Not liking it. Not particularly fond on this series of beers to be honest.
