Flaska från Craft Craver. Gul, disig med hög vit krona. I doften jäst, vetetoner, lite klassiska skumbanan-toner.

Bottle. Bright yellow, cloudy, snow-white foam. Aroma: floral, orange, hay, a little wild, hops, esters and light spice. Taste: a little spicy, wheat, yeast, light hop bitterness, orange zest, interesting.

75cl bottle from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: big, white, long lasting. C: blonde, light hazy. A: wheat malty, orange peels, citrus, floral, bit herbal, bit yoghurt. T: medium malty base, dry on the palate, citrus, floral, nice bitterness, bit herbal, high bit disturbing carbonation, spicy, something between Saison and Belgian wheat ale yet very nice balanced for me, fully enjoyed.

Very pale color. Cloudy to the point of milky, no head. Honey, chalk, milk and lemon in the aroma. Something like green tea and lemon, sweetened with honey. Thin, even a bit watery , but very drinkable and refreshing. Something like diluted lemon juice with a dash of fruit yoghurt. Distant cousin of my all time favorite witbier: dubbel wit Neerijse. Love it!

Nie zgadlbym, ze to witbier, bo dosc pelny, slodkawy, przyprawowy (ale nie kolendrowy), troche owocowy ale tak na jasno europejsko a nie jakiestam skorki dorzucone. Ciekawostka raczej, niezbyt smaczna

On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso intense note di pompelmo, scorza di limone, erbaceo. In bocca è amara, lievemente acidula, citrica, secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-alta. Decisamente atipica, ma niente male.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a good and quite dense head. Nice and intense enough aroma shows white bread, crackery hint, fruity notes (both citric and pear), slight spiciness and a grassy note. Taste confirms the aroma, with a light crackery and bready base, fruity notes (pear, lemon), slight earthiness and spiciness and a firmly bitter grass finish. Overall it's medium to high sweet and medium bitter with a bitter finish, surely much more bitter than your average blanche. Light bodied with extremely high carbonation, perhaps too high, quite burpy. Overall a rather interesting blanche (actually something in the middle of blanche and saison) with good enough complexity. If not for such high carbonation it would have been much more easily drinkable

High Wycome House Warming. Thanks to Leighton. Light haze on this gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and fairly crisp. Nice combination of white wine tang and nectarines. Mild seltzer. Floral finish with light sherbet. Unexpectedly good.
