On tap @ Borefts 2014. A good looking one, near glowing in the glass with a soft cloudy dark orange body with a scattered and sidesticking grey head. Softly citrus sour nose. It's not a massive bomb of an aroma, but it has lots of nice subtle tones. Mild vinegar acidity, some brett nuances. Quite compact and integrated. Even a faint roasted hint here. Dandelion bitterness in the taste. At least at first. Mild wood tart and it's definitely malt vinegar zingy-zangy. Light oily in the mouth and soft on the carbonation. Easy to drink. Draught at All In Beer Fest 2014. Clear amber liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of funk, lemon, apple skin and grain. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of funk and lemon. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice and lemony. Not that much of malt presence despite the colour.

Borefts VI. Keg. Hazy amber beer residual white head. Palate is light and crispy and dry. Tangy sour lemon, little floralness. Light dry finish. Over acidic for me.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Hazed orange amber with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is spice, tangy fruit peel, musty notes, citric rinse. Taste comprises light fruit balsams, fruit peel, apricot, spice, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok simple sour.

[9/27/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Cloudy orange. Nice funky aroma with fruits and a bit of vinegar. Sour funky flavor, fruity and lactic with a bit of vinegar notes. Medium-bodied.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild vegetables, toasted and sourish. Citric, sour and light grainy. Toasted, bitter and slight citric finish.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Hazy amber, small white head. Tart grapefruit, caramel, light sugar, lots of the wet mop variety of brett that quite a few of their other beers had as well. Tart lemonade taste, sour juice, aspirin, berries, same brett variety prominent. Lower carb. Not the best for the style but I certainly enjoyed it.
