Loose white dissipating white head on an unclear amber coloured body.
Sweet citrus & sweaty aroma.
Medium bodied, soft with a cloying back.
Tangerine, sweet stone fruit, caramel & malt tastes with a lightly hopped finish.
Nicely balanced.

Handpull cask at the Old Horse, Leicester. Light to mid-golden. Clear with a smallish white head and a good bit of lacing. Gentle aroma, there's a suggestion of tropical fruit juice alongside grass and hay. Taste is more sweet than bitter but there's some medicinal British hop keeping it in check. Usually not my sort of thing but it's really well balanced. Long finish allows the bothering hop to shine. Body aided by natural carbonation. Grapefruit peel in the aftertaste. Nice golden.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Lincoln Green Sherwood ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, UK yeast notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - fruity, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Lion and Key. Filmy layer leaving solid lacing behind. Next to clear golden body. Ripe citrus nose. Mixed taste of lemony hops and pale malts. Mid.sweet endnotes. Easy going and okay (shared with Finn, Hull 25.11.2015).

Fra cask på Lion & Key Hull 25 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Veldig lys gyldengulbrun. Filmskum. Tynn lacing. Smaken balansert. Litt grapefrukt. Blir tørr etter hvert. Behagelig øl.

Bottle from The Real Ale Store, Newark. Clear pale gold colour with a white head. Aroma was light caramel and a touch of fruity hops. Taste is light sweet with a slight bitter finish.

Post Borefts Tasting, Tulip Hotel Room 118. Thanks to Ian. Hazy pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy with mild fine carbonation. Light pale malts, good floralness. Light citrus. Semi dry finish. Clean.

Cask (Nottingham Beer Festival 2014) - Golden with a white head. Lemon, grapefruit and malt in the aroma. Crisp and moderately hoppy taste with peach, apricot and lemon.

Bottle at the Room 118 tasting, Tulip Hotel Bodegraven, post BBF 6 day 1 26/09/14 thanks to Ian. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric sherbets, orange pith, grassy notes. Taste comprises more citric sherbet, lemon rind, tangerine, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings. Adequate GB.
