330 ml. bottle. Purchased @ De Hopduvel. Clear sparkling golden, fizzy, egg-white head. Nose is rather sweet, yeasty, tad milky, touch yoghurt, spices, sweetish, tad fake lemon, a bit too yoghurt-like. Taste is quite mainstream, soapy, not very expressive, tad sweetener sweetish, some artificial lemon, light wheat, touch washing powder, white sugar, far from expressive or overly interesting, sweet mellow lemonade, light ginger, sweetish lemon, sugar, a small touch too soap / washingpowder,… It drinks very easily with nothing objection,… Overall quite a solid background beer I suppose. It is a bit like a mellow, enjoyable, refreshing lemonade in a way, maybe the strong artificial lemon & sugar notes give me that impression. Fine carbonation, light wheat-like touch. I sort of liked it.

bottle. When the brewer tells you to drink the beer really cold, you should fear for it to give you a less-prefered taste.... But OK, here we go , Ill play along. Served straight from the fridge. Pours rather clear blond, much visual sparkling . Ok white head declines almost instantly to a steady layer of white foams. Smell is mildly bitter and has some yeast. Taste is bitter , some fruity ( intense ) yeastprofile. Fresh from the bitterness, as well as an overripe-fruity taste profile. High carbo, light mouthfeel. Hey , all and all , it aint to bad. Im actually surprised by that

Ordinary blonde, cloudy with creamy head; malty and fruity, orange, peach, apple, thirst-quenching but thin finish, not bad but nothing special and rather forgettable.

Tap at Eulogy Tavern, Philly - as Eulogy Busty Blonde, 30/11/13. Had presumed this was a re-badge but no free Wifi to check. Had this before but new for the rate so job done ! Lightly hazed golden with a moderate white covering. Nose is Belgian yeast esters, citric fruit, caramel, spice, straw, farmyard, light brett notes. Taste comprises citric dipped straw, bitter orange, yeast esters, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweet and lightly tarte fruit notes in the finish with a pinch of spice. Solid Belgian affair.

75 cl bottle (as "La Binchoise Blonde"). - Strong golden yellow, clear but with floaties. Strong carbonation. Perfumed, sweet aroma. Starts very fruity, sweet and yeasty, with notes of lemon, white grapes, and dextrose, lightly spiced with coriander. Gets smoother and more interesting when warmer. Light citrussy hop notes and a pleasant tartness save this beer from being little more than a fizzy lemonade. Finish is light, fruity and a bit sour. - Not too bad, refreshing blonde.
