330 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with moderate to light head. Aromas of grassy hops, caramel and toasted malts. Full flavors of same leaning towards clean bitter hops. Nice

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Herbal, resinous, hoppy aroma, some pine, candied orange zest, a sugary lemon touch. Taste is bone-dry, bitter hoppy, grassy, minimally citrusy, notes of lemon, lime, a dry, woody touch. Not for the rookie.

Bottle. Lightly hazy in the glass, dark golden-orange in the glass and with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. Some curtains. It’s citrusy and lightly flowery in the aroma, with grapefruit and some pale malts. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a nice carbonation. High but nice. Orange zest., grapefruit and a nice bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one, tasteful and refreshing. 150711

330 ml. bottle @ home. Purchased @ De Hopduvel. Bottled: 19/11/14. Clear deep dark amber, small tanned head. Nose is huge thick pine resin, very big hop bitterness with almost a medicinal quality to them, bitter caramel pine resin, bitter dark rye bread, rather medicinal in an oddly pleasant way with light booze. Taste hugely raw medicinal, pine resin, dark rye bread, bitter oily caramel, hugely raw & bitter, very bitter floral,… Quite oily body. Interesting but hugely raw & bitter. Too much for me but still a bit somewhat enjoyable.
