Bottle shared at CB. Thanks Chris! Pours a clearish, grainy straw yellow with a full 2 fingers of white, spritzy foam that lingers. Huge nose of Brett, wood, sage, wet hay and horse manure. Dry on the palate, more hay, pepper and Meyer lemon. Lingering farmhouse goodness while staying light and highly drinkable. Very refreshing carbonation with a slight oaky vanilla edge. Light grassy dryness on the finish.
