Slightly hazy golden color. Peach, mangoes, pine and citrus notes over medium body. Solid bitterness. Well balance. Another home rum

Can from Trader Joe's in Davis, CA. Pours translucent gold with a creamy white head. Aroma of mixed fruits, arguably pale stone and tropical with a touch of something green (not melon). Med body. Rather juicy. There's a dankish thing going on in a moderate way; bitter; maybe there's some South African hop in it. A bit spicy along the tongue. Dang, but there's a lot here.

Alright. Lemon, citrus, but uninspiring if I’m being honest but nice enough.

16oz Can, drank in California on 22nd Dec 2019. Mini-haze to the golden body, decent white head of foam. Hoppy nose and taste, tropical fruit esters and flavours to the fore, semi-bitter throughout. Grapefruit comes to mind as you search for which fruit dominates overall.

Can. Amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit and light floral aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with floral notes. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with floral notes.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 29, 2019. Aroma is a balanced blend of hops and light cracker malt notes. Hop notes of grapefruit, pine, resin, pineapple and hints of tropical fruit. Faint alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, palish gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that slowly receded to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness with a light alcohol note in the finish. Moderate grapefruit, pine and resin hop notes with lighter hints of tangerine, pineapple and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a perfectly acceptable IPA at a great price point. Could be hoppier, but then it would likely cost more. Easy drinker.

Sample at the Carlsbad brewpub. The beer is a clear orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short sticky strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, grassy hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
