Fresca, lieve, lucente, femminile!, ma di carattere forte e deciso: ti avvolge coi suoi stupendi effluvi floreali, dandoti refrigerio e giovinezza. Il profumo è inebriante, quasi vinoso; in bocca è dissetante, elegantemente maltata. Solo alla fine ti sfiora l’amaro, ma gentile: come un bacio a fior di labbra sul finir della sera. Per mai paghe bevute estive!

Chiara tipo blonde con aggiunta di fiori di sambuco (intensità olfattiva pur nella delicatezza e nella freschezza). Note degustative: miele, floreale, fruttato

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak licorice aroma with yeasty hints. Fruity malty weak licorice flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy weak licorice finish.

Bottle at GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Clear gold lasting white head. Belgian yeasty estery hoppy aroma. Good mouthfeel. Characterful, interesting, drinkable and hoppy. Lovely session beer.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Gusher !!! Unclear medium to light yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sharp, fruity, elderflowers, pale wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers something - elderflowers, sharp, fresh, mint notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121016]

chiara la schiuma è buona piuttosto persistente. il naso è molto fresco floreale sambuco. in bocca ritorna simile rinfrescante abbastanza pulito una leggera cidità il sambuco arriva nel finale si lascia bere molto bene il retorgusto però non è molto lungo
