Keg at GBBF ‘19, day three, 08/08/19. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is floral, grass, lemon drizzle, grains, light spice. GBBF Day 3. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweetish malts, a little creamy sweetness. Floral fruits, floral citrus. Light dry finish. Enough going on here to entertain but needs the volume jacking up.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Fest Sept ’14.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Italian Beer Week-end / Zwanze 2014 CML. Citrus golden, creamy white head. Spices, yeast, bread nose, citrus, light hops. Taste is white bread, lightly cheesy, fruity, spices, yeast, light hops, sweetish. Creamy body. Didn’t get any elderflowers. Decent but not very memorable.

Draught Snowwhite dense head, leaving textbook rings; pale yellow beer with Grünstich. Spicy, dry grains, coriander, allspice, Szechuan pepper (and no doubt elderflower, but not recognized). Dry spicy, grainy (not malty), but very little in the finish - a bit like witbier without the classical spices, or very little. Light to medium bodied, light slickness, feels more carbonated than it looks. A bit... dull, I’m afraid.
