500mL bottled December 2018, drunk 6/16/23. Clear, bright maize-golden. Off-white head to ring. Lovely waxy, skin-rich montmorency with acetic, vanilla, oak and rich malts. No alcohol. Moderate Brett and lacto at the finish. Quite acidic, with warm shelf aging creating heavy acetic notes. But the palate accustoms to it and there's rich malt and barrel tannin. Acute cherry has faded but there's remnants of the lovely skin on the montmorency and the playful, softer juiciness. Still, this has obviously sat a bit too long warm, but I wanted to try it. Giving it a bit of a pass on that account.

slightly hazy pale pink golden color. Light tart nose of cherry, oak and brett. Medium body aggressive sourness, with tons of oak and cherries. Super well balanced. The cherries and oak linger. Excellent.

500 ml bottle. Paid $19.00 damn dollars! Nice light reddish color. Flavor ad cherry tartness, a bit of funk, light herbal earth. Finish is mildly dry and balanced sweetness.
