500ml (thx, Eric D.!) @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, barrel, nice fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, nice carbonation, nice funk, tart, minerally. Overall: good one.

Hazy, there's a subtle plummish accent to the colour. Soft plum aroma, definitely a few bugs and barrel notes. It's got a similar palate, gentle plum, and lots of barrel, some tannins helping to dry out the finish. It's quite acidic, but this fruit is sweet and balancing.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of juicy, tart plums, with gentle bugs and a hint of oak. Flavour is quite tart, with lots of tart plums, some light bugginess, and a touch of oak. Not a huge amount of complexity, and the plums are rather tart and one-dimensional. Good but not amazing.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good residual and lacing. Aroma his dusty, lemons, plum, skis. Flavor is light plus tart, light funk, mineral, a bit sharp. Light body, high carboonation, prickly.

Slightly hazy pale purple orange color. Excellent light sour acidic nose with good plum, oak character. Very well balanced. Clean, too clean and it holds back the plum character. Slightly funky. But yeast doesn’t shine. It’s really well made but it just doesn’t grab me. It’s going too many directions at once. Still it’s nice

Bottle shared in NH - big thanks to Tri! Pours clear pink with a small, fizzy white head. Good and tart, with notes of plum, sturdy acid, a little salt and funk. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching and tart on the finish, with almost bracing acidity, more plummy accents, berries. Good stuff though it doesn't have a ton of depth.
