Superficial tasting at company beer tasting. Unclear golden body under a big head. Medium sweet, moderate oak, moderate hops, a bit floral and a light funky hint. Quite nice, but somehow I was expecting a bit more from this package.

Aroma of fruits, grape, apple, citrus peel, wild yeast, barnyard, hops. Flavour is mild sour with a bitter finish. Nice brew.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, as De Brabandere 1894 Oak & Hops, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.0%. Moderately hazy golden colour, enormous white head, lasts "forever". Pleasant aroma of mild spices, hoppy notes of citrus and tropical fruits, also notes of oak. Moderately sour flavour, notes of brettanomyces and oak, spicy notes, some fruitiness, medium bitter finish.

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense (off-)white head; aroma of woody, balsamic acid, acetone and maybe some fruity-peachy notes; taste is quite similar to the aroma with definite tartness; quite good one

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy orange body with a white head. Aroma and taste of dried apricot, nutmeg, hay, wood, lemon zest and some floral hops. Nice one.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, yellowish foam. Aroma: a little wild, pear, other fruits, slightly sourness, white homemade wine, a little wine vinegar, herbaceous hops. Good taste, dense malt, slightly sour and wild, fruity, pear, seeds, soft, interesting.
