Part of a flight at the Pike Place, Waterfront View location in Seattle. So six pours for $22:00 plus Tax and Tip (10th August 2025). Bright golden body, clean and clear, on top a wispy white twirl of foam. Pleasant enough Pilsner, crisp and dry, no aroma to talk of.

Draught at the brewery, 8/17/16.
Clear, straw-golden body is topped by a medium-sized white head showing modest retention.
Lovely hop bouquet highlights fresh herbs, light black pepper and tons of juicy lemon. Gains a touch of honey and mild sourdough, appropriately, as the malt enters the equation. No alcohol or flaw and not overdone on the hops.
In the mouth it’s crisp, supple and nicely attenuated with big herbal flavors from the hops and light lemon-like acidity. Malts strike a good balance between a honey-like softness and drying graininess. Snappy on the end, as it should be, with no palate fatigue from the hops. No alcohol or flaw.
