Can from the brewery. Very pale, clear golden pour, with a small white head. Nice cereals in the nose with some light grasses, it’s light but gets the point across. Slightly watery mouth feel, subtle carb. Finish is light to medium bitter, with sone more light, bready malts. Some paper, and hay notes round it out. It’s about what I’d expect in a pale lager. I think the other ratings are harsh. Your rating a doors light alternative, don’t expect a world beating lambic.

Fairly sweet hay malt, with bitter astringent hop that fairly pervasive. That bitterness lingers. Not a winner for me.

Happy Canada Day so it's time for a Canadian craft beer! Sawdust City Little Norway Pale Lager 4.5% A clear gold with a thick foamy head that leaves soapy looking lacing behind. Sugary sweet with some fruity notes and a mild hop bite. Fairly full bodied grainy and sweet with vanilla and a green hop bitterness. A clean take on elevating a macro-lager. Great label on an OK beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Enjoyed at the Loon. Pours a light golden colour with a white foamy head, good retention and nice creamy lace. Fresh hoppy nose with some light grain coming after a while. Refreshing mouthfeel. Soapy hops taste with a nice crisp bitterness and light grain. A pretty nice pilsner-like style with more of a Euro-feel than North American grainier ones. Would love to have this in cans as a regular summer brew.

Pretty good for a basic lager. Pours golden with OK head. Light crisp finish. No of adjunct flavor. Tap at barhop.
