Sweet, roasty and always invigorating, traditional Latin American cafe con leche coffee can be found nearly everywhere in our hometown of Tampa, Florida and serves as the inspiration for our Cafe Con Leche Sweet Stout. The beer is made with bold, strong coffee beans to emulate the most characterful Cuban espresso and lactose, a milk sugar that adds sweetness, body and flavors reminiscent of scalded milk. We've also added cacao nibs to further enhance the satisfying chocolate quality of the beer. Despite it's assertive flavors and full body, our sweet stout is deceptively low in alcohol, making it the perfect accompaniment to a late-morning plate of eggs, bacon and tostadas.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with Višnja 666. Murky Brown, huge beige head. Intensely roasty, light chocolate and light caramel. Light charred wood or ash. Slight acidic note. Lovely chocolate and cocoa flavours develop, backed with fairly roasty profile. Finishes quite dry, lasting and aromatic. Hops are very low and covered by dark malts. Very creamy and silky. Very soft. Might have more coffee profile.

Tap at Craft Room. Blackish, tan-brownish head, thick. Initial blast of coffee, lovely, on a fine sweetish body, reveals dark chocolate later on. Smooth yet dryish body, quite drinkable, backs a spot on mix of dark chocolate and coffee, slightly milky. Vaguely bitterish, vaguely sweetish. Undoubtedly excellent. Wow!

650 ml bottle, bottled 11/10/17, shared by PowY, thanks!
Dark brown body, with a medium, creamy, dark beige head.
Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, lactose, cocoa powder, some dark fruits.
Tastes quite similar, with some more soy sauce, slight liquorice.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium roasty, a bit dry, a bit wooden, with cocoa powder, coffee, dark chocolate, slight lactose.
Very tasty. Lovely coffee notes, while it's also pretty diverse, with a lot going on, the balance is really perfect. The lactose and cocoa leader to just enough, subtle, smooth sweetness. Very smooth stuff.

Nice pleasant evening sipper!
Almost black body with a fine beige head. Looks fine. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Full body and a mellow soft carbonation level. Pleasant and easy to drink. Quite creamy texture. Dry ending and a decent sweetness. Espresso, toffee, coffee latte and some roast in the flavor.
